The Deccan Chargers are based in the city of Hyderabad. They have spent more money than any other franchise and on paper have a squad that should take out the competition. The captain VVS Laxman's decision to take a pay cut to allow the franchise to get those better players should make for a winning combination and certainly one of the more entertaining sids to watch.
